Who is Clint Barton?
Having a great sense of humor, Hawkeye made his comic book debut as a villain in Tales of Suspense #57 in September 1964. After meeting Ed Jarvis, he joined the Avengers. But his cynical attitude was not welcomed by the Avengers. In the series’ second arc, Hawkeye becomes the reluctant hero – but not by the public. He is an unlikely hero with a troubled past.
“Hawkeye” follows the events of Avengers: Endgame, and addresses some of the loose ends from the previous Marvel movies. For example, when Thanos dusted Clint, he went on a murder spree as the Ronin. His mission was revenge for killing Natasha Romanoff, played by Scarlett Johansson. In the first season, Clint also reunites with his longtime partner, Maya Lopez, who was also a former mercenary.
The comic version of Hawkeye was born in the early 80s, but the mainstream Marvel comics didn’t confirm his birth date. However, a recent tweet by Matt Fraction attributed his birth year to late Marvel writer Mark Gruenwald, who created Hawkeye’s first solo comic. While the MCU’s Hawkeye takes place in late December 2024, shortly after Avengers: Endgame, Clint would be three years older than his actor counterpart.
In the Avengers film, Hawkeye reunited with his friend and childhood sweetheart, Bobbi. The two were married within a week of each other, and Hawkeye was appointed the West Coast branch’s Chairman. Eventually, Mockingbird joined the team as well, but their relationship suffered after Clint learned Mockingbird had killed Phantom Rider. She was a kidnapper who had taken Mockingbird into her care.
Before joining SHIELD, Hawkeye was an Avenger. He met the character Barbara Morse, aka Mockingbird, who was later to marry Clint. In Agents of SHIELD, Hawkeye and Mockingbird teamed up against the evil Crossfire, and became a solo crime fighter. During the show, he also teamed up with the Avengers team to save the world.
As a super-hero, Clint Barton has been married to Moonstone, Black Widow, and Mockingbird. Despite the fact that his wife is an Avenger, he has remained a maverick and isn’t afraid to defy orders. He is a loyal hero and has never failed to follow orders. A maverick by nature, Clint Barton isn’t afraid to challenge the authorities, despite their apparent incapability to do so.
The character’s relationship with his family is crucial to his success in the comics. As a spy, he has a lot of secrets, and he isn’t afraid to share them. His loyalty to his wife is his top priority, and he adores her dearly. While many people will find this story heartbreaking, it does not make it any less meaningful. Jeremy Renner has a good relationship with his wife, and they both seem to care about each other.
