If you’ve ever wondered if there will be a Hawkeye new movie in 2019, you’re not alone. This Marvel superhero will soon make his Disney Plus debut. Starring Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton and Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, Hawkeye will center on Barton’s life after the events of Avengers: Endgame. After saving the world from Thanos’ abyss, Barton meets the young woman who was once his protege. In the comics, Kate Bishop was the founder of the Young Avengers, and she’ll be an important part of the Hawkeye new movie.
The upcoming Hawkeye movie is one of several MCU films starring the famous character. Fans of the comics may recognize Barton’s performance as Hawkeye, who is based on the character from the “Fraction” comics. The movie will introduce Kate, played by Hailee Steinfeld, as the character’s protege who eventually assumes the mantle of Hawkeye. Florence Pugh will play Yelena, the heir apparent to the title of Black Widow, and will be included in six episodes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In addition to Barton, Ava Russo will reprise her role as Lila Barton, while Ben Sakamoto and Cade Woodward will return to reprise their roles. The director of Hawkeye, Rhys Thomas, has directed episodes of The Great and Jim Carrey’s Kidding. Additionally, he directed an Amazon Prime movie called Troop Zero, which received favorable reviews. Jonathan Igla will serve as the showrunner.
The upcoming Hawkeye movie is slated to be released in May 2019. After the endgame, Hawkeye will be retired and Kate Bishop will take over the mantle. Production on the upcoming Hawkeye movie is now underway after months of delays. Hawkeye isn’t going to be alone this time around, however. He’ll be joined by new characters. While the character was formerly an underdog in the MCU, he now joins the Avengers to protect the world.
In addition to the actor playing Hawkeye, there will be another MCU superhero who has been named Hawkeye. Brian d’Arcy James is set to play an undisclosed role in the film. Jeremy Renner’s recent comments about his career indicate that he intends to continue working on Marvel projects after Hawkeye. Hopefully, the new movie will set the stage for future Marvel projects. But there is no certainty yet.
It’s possible that a sequel will be the next Hawkeye movie. Whether or not the sequel will be the first standalone Hawkeye movie, the franchise has been on the rise. The sequel to the critically acclaimed Avengers: Endgame will also feature a new character, Hawkeye. The new movie will also introduce a new team of young superheroes. Hopefully, a third movie will follow. If this doesn’t happen, it’s time to wait.
